New Year's Resolutions
-Graduate college (obviously)
-Get a job (hopefully illustration related)
-Learn to make puppets
-Stop drinking so much coke

I would like to share a sampling of the graduation project that I had so much fun illustrating! It’s an old series, but one of my childhood favorites. There has been a TV series and a live action film, but never a modern-ish animated feature, and it was a bit of a passion project to imagine what it would look like, down to the character designs and the actual scenes.
Also, I might have some good news to announce soon… keeping my fingers crossed in the meantime! ♪

When I worked at the store, one of my coworkers had small kids who would hang out there sometimes, and so when they were around we always called Hellboy “Hecklad.”

Don’t know if any of this helps anyone but me but I felt like I had say it.
Good tweets from a wise creator.
The first couple of years I was trying to break into comics I felt like all I heard was the same stories about folks killing themselves just to get work done, and that this was the norm. Especially if you’re a rookie, expect to crack a little. And I totally bought into it. I feel like this year more than any other has taught me that, no, that kind of thinking just makes everything worse, and you need to take care of yourself. Comics are great, but you have to put your well-being first.true.

About My Work
I write and draw Lemon Inc., a comic about a seven-year-old who wants to be a business tycoon when he grows up. Until then, he runs a lemonade stand. You can read it at www.lemon-inc.com.
